Pend Oreille Road NE will be closed to vehicles and pedestrians between Mason Road and the Burke Gilman Trail from 6 a.m. Friday, August 18 to 6 p.m. Sunday, August 27 in order to perform drainage and paving repairs. Metro routes 45, 67, 75 and 372 will be rerouted during this time. A detour for pedestrians and bicyclists will use the Burke Gilman Trail and adjoining stairs and ramps. The Trail will be open throughout the Pend Oreille closure.

Drivers seeking to enter or exit campus will need to use the north entrance, at Memorial Way NE and NE 45th St., or the west entrance, at W. Stevens Way NE and 15th Ave NE. The parking lots under and around McMahon and Padelford will be open (N13, N14, N15, N16, N18, N20, N21), with access from Mason Road NE or Whatcom Lane. N25, on the other side of the Pend Oreille closure, will also remain open, though some spaces will be closed due to the construction.
