The primary scope of this project is the Chiller Replacement on 9NE/EC, the replacement of the 3SW roof, and the repair of the 3NE/EC roof. Additional scope includes deferred waterproofing maintenance at the 9th floor UWMC Montlake roofs. The goal is to complete all work utilizing a single crane on the SE side of Cascade Tower to minimize disruption to UWMC. Full project scope will be defined in an amendment to the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) agreement with Abbott Construction. The scope includes:
- Chiller Replacement on 9NE/SE
- 3rd Floor Roof Replacement of 3SW
- 3rd Floor Roof repair of 3NE/EC
- Re-roof and replacement of 9NE/SE and 9EC
