A renovation maximizing the programmatic impact for occupants, addressing deferred maintenance deficiencies and building systems upgrades to prolong the life of the building.
ASUW Shell House Restoration
The project will integrate the Shell House into the student experience by creating a premier venue for conversations and collaboration on campus.
Chemical Sciences Building (CSB)
The new Chemical Sciences Building will replace the existing Chemistry Library to enable a new mode of science where fundamental chemical research can transform into real-world applications in real-time.
Haggett Hall Demolition and Replacement
A new Haggett Hall will be constructed to support student fitness, wellness and equity as well as offer connectivity to the adjacent north campus student housing and Lewis Grove.
Intercollegiate Athletics Basketball Training Facility
The new Basketball Training Facility will replace the existing Pavilion Pool to provide a new 36,000-square-foot “home” for the men’s and women’s basketball programs.
Interdisciplinary Engineering Building (IEB)
The new building will provide 72,000 square feet of modern, hands-on learning and flexible instructional space to support students from across the ten College of Engineering academic units.
Magnuson Health Sciences Center Renovation/Replacement - Phase 2
This second phase of the Magnuson Health Sciences Center Renovation is a state-funded, $64 million renovation in the T-Wing building.

UWMC – Montlake Membrane & Landscape Replacement
A complete excavation and replacement of the exisitng waterproofing membrane beneath the Northwest and Northeast (Main Entry) Courts.
UWMC – Montlake Roof & Chiller Replacement
The primary scope of this project is the chiller replacement on 9NE/EC, the replacement of the 3SW roof, and the repair of the 3NE/EC roof.
UWMC – Northwest Behavioral Health Renovation
The renovation of approximately 13,000 SF of the existing Geriatric Psychiatric Care Unit in E-Wing creating an adult voluntary behavioral health unit.
UWMC – Northwest Digestive Health Clinic and Endoscopy Center
The new 13,000-square-foot outpatient clinic will provide new procedural and clinic space for the expanded needs of UWMC gastroenterology patients.
