- Academic departments: Self-service bins are free.
- Self-sustaining units: Plastic film and mixed paper bins are free.
Additional labor rates may apply on a case-by-case basis – typically our standard driver hourly rate.

NetID is required to track requests or view invoices.
Invoices can be searched by driver worktag, billing month or invoice number. All charges are processed the month after service is completed. UW Recycling invoice numbers are in the memo field of every transaction from UW Recycling in Workday. For help accessing the report, contact recycle@uw.edu.
