We’re pleased to announce ReADY, your new UW Facilities maintenance request platform that launched on Wednesday, April 23, 2025. A user-friendly, web-based system, ReADY streamlines facilities-related work requests by capturing important details about your service needs from the start. It’s an integrated solution for maintenance, renovation and projects, aimed at getting your request to the right people with key information from the get-go.

Request a service

Requests that were typically submitted through FS-WORKS should be submitted through ReADY. For other types of work requests including space, leasing and capital projects, please visit the Request service page or browse our A-Z list of services to get started.

Phased implementation plan

After nearly two years of planning, preparation and testing, Phase I of the implementation kicks off a series of progressive transformations.

  • Phase I (April 23, 2025): ReADY replaces FS-WORKS for facilities maintenance and minor renovation requests.

  • Phase II (future launch): Replaces Project Tracker for space-related and major construction requests.

  • Phase III (future enhancements): Expands to additional service requests and new features.

Our goal for the ReADY initiative is to simplify the request process for our customers while providing greater visibility into our ongoing work. From tagging physical assets to thoughtfully categorizing our work streams, we’ve been building a powerful digital intake and asset management ecosystem to serve our campus community.
