Carpets are scheduled to be deep cleaned every two and a half years. Water extraction is used for the deep-cleaning process. Aged carpet or carpet from a southern exposure may degrade during the cleaning process. We take extra care with these carpet floors and tiles but assume no liability for damage.
Upholstery, partition and fabric wall cleaning services are provided upon request.
For deep cleaning outside of the routine schedule or removal of spots and gum, and small-scale extraction, please submit a service request.
If you are reporting a spill on carpet, place a dampened paper towel with cold water on the spill until it can be addressed.
Cost
Cleaning requests outside of the routine schedule may be charged to the requesting department.
