Located directly on top of the U District light rail station, the U District Station Building (UDSB) is planned as a 12-story commercial building totaling approximately 263,000 square feet (targeting 135,000 rentable square feet to the University’s administrative functions) on 6-floors plus 4,000 square feet of retail controlled by the developer above the project. It also includes an additional 8,000 square foot site across Brooklyn Ave. to satisfy open space requirements. No parking will be provided.
