Description
The University of Washington, through its Facilities department (UWF), is soliciting bids from qualified, licensed, and experienced firms to perform complete demolition of the existing Kennel Building located at the UW Pack Forest property in Eatonville, Washington. The work includes building demolition, utility decommissioning, fire alarm and suppression system removal, hazardous materials testing, debris disposal, and site restoration. All work shall comply with University of Washington Facilities standards and all applicable codes. This project will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
