Description
The University of Washington (UW), on behalf of the UW Facilities Asset Management group, is issuing an RFP to engage an experienced firm to evaluate cost drivers within its capital project portfolio, including policies, practices, delivery methods, and life cycle value. The review will compare UW projects to comparable private sector data and include targeted cost analysis and audit services to assess fair market value on select public works projects.
