Project Description: The project includes the following work: Replace building process chillers with heat exchangers connected to the campus cooling water system at the Chemistry Building located at the University of Washington Seattle campus: 3790 Okanogan Ln NE, Seattle, WA. Project includes demolition and removal of cooling tower located on building roof and its associated systems.

Pre-Bid Site Meeting: The Project site is available for inspection by prospective bidders at a pre-bid site meeting and walk-through at 1:00 PM on April 1, 2026. Meet outside Bagley Hall east entry near Drumheller Fountain. Access to the project site is restricted. This will be the only opportunity for bidders to visit the Project site.
