Description
The UWMC-ML Energy Efficiency Upgrades Project (208817) will improve energy performance across multiple mechanical rooms located on both the roof and in the basement of the UW Medical Center. The work includes replacing outdated pneumatic controls with direct digital controls (DDC), installing variable frequency drives (VFDs), removing obsolete vortex actuators, and upgrading dampers, actuators, and reheat valves. Control logic will be modernized to ensure BACnet interoperability and enable data acquisition and performance monitoring.
