Description
The project includes the following work: The UW ADA Parking Consent Decree project is an ongoing initiative to provide accessible parking (compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act requirements) at key locations on campus in response to a Consent Decree imposed on the University of Washington. Phase 3.3 includes improvements at the parking lots C12, E04, E09, and N12.
Scope at C12 includes, but is not limited to, selective site demolition, pavement removal, regrading, asphalt and concrete paving, striping, and signage installation.
Scope at E04 includes, but is not limited to, selective site demolition, pavement removal, regrading, asphalt and concrete paving, striping, signage installation, storm drainage infrastructure upgrades, landscaping restoration, and temporary irrigation for turf establishment. Scope also includes removal of an existing light pole and installation of a new light pole and electrical infrastructure.
Scope at E09 includes, but is not limited to, selective site demolition, pavement removal, regrading, asphalt and concrete paving, striping, signage installation, storm drainage infrastructure upgrades, and landscaping and irrigation improvements.
Scope at N12 includes, but is not limited to, selective site demolition, pavement removal, regrading, asphalt and concrete paving, striping, signage installation, storm drainage infrastructure upgrades, and landscaping and irrigation improvements.
