Reminders from Partner Resources
It is very important to keep your beneficiaries, address, emergency contacts and other related information updated in Workday.
Review your beneficiaries Do you remember the last time you checked your beneficiary designations? Have your beneficiaries changed? Did you know there are multiple places you need to update this information, such as your life insurance company, retirement plan and Health Savings Account? See the full list of where you need to review and update your beneficiaries.
Review your address and emergency contacts You may also want to review your mailing address and emergency contacts in Workday and update them, if needed. Your benefits information, as well as tax forms if you opted to receive a paper copy, are mailed to the address listed in Workday. Learn how to update or make changes at the Workday user guide.
