UWF leads, supervisors, managers and directors met at the first all-leadership meeting in more than three years on May 30 to welcome new staff, hear opening remarks from Lou and receive strategic updates from Maintenance & Construction, Finance, Safety and Transportation Services. Future meetings will be twice a year.

Revised payroll deadline for June 16–30 Due to the Workday Finance system update and planned shutdown, our payroll team will have one of the shortest payroll cutoffs ever to make sure the June 16–30 payroll is perfect. Once Workday goes down for the switch over to Workday Finance, we can never again go back and update anything on the prior fiscal year’s budget, which ends on June 30. Therefore, to meet this expectation of a perfect payroll, we must implement two payroll deadlines for this pay period:
Payroll deadlines:
June 28, 11 a.m.: All AiM and Workday time and leave must be entered and approved for the June 16–27 period
June 30, end of day: All AiM and Workday time and leave must be entered and approved for the June 28–30 period
