We review and revise our rates annually in an effort to provide the most efficient and timely services possible to the UW community.
- Labor rates: Hourly rates for maintenance, construction, custodial, recycling, engineering, moving and surplus services.
- Transportation: Parking permits, U-PASS, bike locker rentals and other products to get you to and from campus.
- Fleet rentals: Rental and services rates for UW Fleet Services, including UCAR and department-assigned vehicles

If estimates are requested: Estimates conducted by UWF Engineering for structural, electrical, mechanical, etc., will be charged to unit. Design/feasibility studies and document management (i.e. floor plans) conducted by UWF’s Engineering, Campus Architecture & Planning or Project Delivery Group departments will be charged to unit. Estimates for alterations, installations, etc., are covered by UWF resources before a proposal is generated.
