The Surplus Store will be closed December 22 - January 1 while we complete our annual inventory and refresh the warehouse. You may still pick up already purchased items during this time, except for Thursday, December 25 and January 1 when we are closed for the holidays. Our first Public Store of 2026 will be on Tuesday, January 6! We look forward to seeing you then!
Ways to Shop UW Surplus
If you're shopping as a member of the general public, you can visit the store in person every Tuesday from 10:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m. We also have selected items available to purchase in our online storefront if you're not able to make it during our Public Store hours. Plus, our more unique items are listed as timed online auctions via GovDeals.
Ways to Shop UW Surplus
If you're shopping on behalf of a UW Department, Nonprofit Organization, or Government Agency, you can shop by appointment any Monday, Thursday, or Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Please contact us to register your agency or organization if this will be your first time shopping with us!
