WWII era F8 Aircraft Camera designed by Keystone Manufacturing Company, Boston, Mass. It was used by the US armed forces for aerial view reconnaissance and was operated handheld out of the hatch on an aircraft.
The camera weighs approximately 16 lbs., measures approximately 13.5 x 14 x 13.5. It is fitted with a 15 inch, F5.6 Wollensak lens. Takes 5×7 inch images on roll film 7 inches wide and 25 feet long (not included). Shutter speed range is 125th of a second to 400th of a second. Camera appears to be in very good condition. Film advance lever and shutter release button work. Camera shutter does fire. No further testing. Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable.
