UW Surplus continues to work with our University partners to take the necessary steps to protect and safeguard our community. Safety and well-being is our number one priority.
Starting Monday, June 29th, the UW Surplus Store will operate under temporary service adjustments to support sales to all priority groups (UW Departments, Non-Profits & Government Agencies) for curb-side pick-up.
How to Submit a Purchase Request:
E-mail email@example.com with your request. Please fill out the list below and copy and paste the information into the body of your email. Surplus Staff will look for your items and send you purchasing and pick-up directions. Thanks!
Priority Groups shopping on behalf of their groups may submit purchase requests. Employees shopping for themselves are considered members of the Public and may not purchase items at this time.
However, we are happy to announce that we will soon be launching an online store to serve all our community members—including our customers shopping as members of the public. Keep an eye out for more information in the coming weeks.
