Passenger User Agreement

The Dial-A-Ride program is committed to providing excellent customer service with convenient and flexible scheduling. Scheduled times are departure times, so we asks passengers to be on time and make any cancellations no less than one hour prior so we can open availability to others. Passengers are encouraged to call the Dial-A-Ride office for flexible scheduling assistance. By using the service, passengers agree to adhere to our Passenger User Agreement.

How Early Should I Request?

Once registered, passengers can submit ride requests by phone or through the link to the request form below. Please allow at least one hour advance notice when requesting same-day rides. Ride requests are not guaranteed until the program coordinator confirms availability via phone or email. Ride times are subject to availability.
