Customer Experience manages all service requests and status updates throughout the service delivery life cycle, enables effective work management practices, supports campus building coordinators and provides general customer service on behalf of UW Facilities. Our mission is to improve customer experiences through stakeholder advocacy and effective communication.

Within this unit, the Customer Care Team provides a single point of contact for all services within UW Facilities and can assist with general inquiries, new and existing service requests, work status reports and audits, billing and invoice inquiries and customer feedback.
