Leaders across Facilities are focusing on a variety of strategic initiatives designed to expand staff opportunities for professional and personal development training. We understand that training is a critical and continuous journey.

The Foster a Culture of Learning team is working on new and improved practices for on- and off-boarding, a revised Individual Development Plan to be rolled out this fall, an expanded Stepping Stones for Success training series and much more. Our Rewards and Recognition team is creating a Rewards and Recognition Tool Box. An often overlooked resource, UWF’s Rewards and Recognition website is accessible to all employees who want to learn new ways to build relationships at work.

Vaccine update

Everyone in the UW community who can get vaccinated against COVID-19 is expected to do so. The vaccines are safe and effective, and available at no cost to you.

These let you see beyond your paycheck into the value of your medical, dental, life insurance and other benefits.
