Every day nearly 30,000 UW Seattle students, faculty and staff take a bus to get to campus. U-PASS members tap their cards on the ORCA reader and ride free anytime and anywhere the six regional transit systems go.
The Burke-Gilman Trail is the region’s premier multi-use trail; it offers a walk- and bikeway under I-5 separate from car traffic and it connects campus with Husky Stadium, the UW Medical Center, and University Village, to name a few places that are just a short walk away.
UW Shuttles offer a suite of convenient transportation services taking customers home after hours, between UW work sites, and around campus when they are experiencing temporary mobility limitations. For service changes and announcements, follow UW Shuttles on Twitter.
UW Fleet maintains a range of clean reliable vehicles for UW faculty staff and students on hourly, daily and long-term lease terms. Vehicles in the UCAR program can be reserved online and are accessible for University business 24/7 through key manger locations across campus.
